I wish I could give more than 5 stars to Best Roofing! From start to finish of my roof replacement and gutter guard installation, the Best Roofing Kansas City team were top notch. The new roof and gutter guards really increased the value, functionality and aesthetic of my house. We made the absolute Best of the opportunity to replace my roof. I've not made an insurance claim on a roof before but when I saw evidence of storm damage earlier this spring I had no choice. I was so grateful for Francisco's expertise and advice on the insurance process. He was immediately available for discussion at every step and educated me on what to expect while at the same time he worked to maximize the outcome with the insurance company. Francisco offered to be on-site during the insurance adjuster's visit - a huge help! His outstanding communication skills and expertise in roofing and insurance made me completely trust his judgement. Best Roofing was amazing. From beginning to end we so enjoyed working with this company. We were having a hard time deciding which roofing material to put on our house. They came out and applied three different choices, that we were struggling over, so we could see what they would look like on the roof before, they applied it permanently. Once our choice was made, and everything was handled with our insurance company, the roofing material was ordered. Our roof was started in just a few days. What was amazing to us was the way they protected our landscaping and decking area. They spent quite a bit of time covering everything. I had never seen a roofing company do that. They started their crew working as they had another crewmember doing the protective work. They were very respectful, thoughtful of us, and best of all no music blaring. Fabulous job! They scheduled me right away and took their time going over everything my home needed. Francisco even had a better color idea than I did! He also got me in touch with a company they outsource to, in order to get my home safe, at the lowest price. (Instead of overcharging me, or worse, letting me find out later on there was wood rot!) The crew was so kind, fast and cleaned up very well! Francisco even came by the next day to look at the completed job. It's very hard to find companies these days with the passion, kindness, perfectionism and care that BEST ROOFING KC has. Back in October we had a large hailstorm that hit south Blue Springs and caused a lot of damage to our entire neighborhood. Since we just bought our house, we had no idea where to look to locate a great company to take care of our damage. Best Roofing KC just replaced our roof after an insurance claim for hail damage, and the process was smooth from start to finish. Francisco and Ysrael were professional, transparent, and very easy to work with. They handled the insurance details, answered all my questions in writing, and delivered exactly what they promised. The crew worked efficiently even during the recent record heat wave. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication. They also provided photos and documentation to help me get my final insurance payment promptly. I'd gladly hire them again!

Best Roofing did a great job with our roof, not only replacing it, but upgrading the ventilation to make the entire system work better. They were extremely professional, clean, and prompt. We're not planning on getting another roof for the next 50 years, but if we did, we would use Best Roofing again.
